R.I.P: Kandy Klutch, Radio Veteran For Four Decades

The industry is deeply saddened to learn of the passing of longtime radio personality Kandy Klutch.

Klutch, who was also known as Nancy Ann Froelich, passed away on May 13. According to a post from a family member on her Facebook page, she had been dealing with some serious health issues over the last few years.

Her radio career started in the mid-80s in Jacksonville, FL, she would then move on making stops in Philadelphia, Hartford, New Orleans, St. Louis, and Washington DC. She would eventually move on to satellite radio as a programmer with WorldSpace and XM.

More recently she had been living in Tampa while also working  as a research investigator for Nielsen.
