IA Radio: Allyson Hillman To Manage NRG Cedar Rapids Cluster


NRG Media announced today Allyson Hillman will join their Cedar Rapids/Waterloo four-station group, Classic Hits KOKZ, Active Rock KFMW, News/Talk KXEL and Classic Country KPTY, as Market Manager starting on Monday, July 6.

Allyson joins NRG Media with over 34 years in the radio broadcast industry. “The opportunity to return to my Midwest roots to work for a company so well respected in our industry is a dream come true. I look forward leading the great teams in Cedar Rapids and Waterloo; working together to do great things in the market.”

A graduate of the 2019 NAB Leadership Foundation’s Broadcast Leadership Training program, Allyson is headed to Cedar Rapids from Beasley Media Group in Ft. Myers where she held the position as DOS for the past 3 years. Allyson previously served in radio sales and sales management in Detroit, Columbus and Savannah-Hilton Head.
