Seattle Radio: Dave Numme Named PD For KVRQ-FM

Hubbard Radio/Seattle has announced the appointment of  Dave Numme as Program Director of Rock KVRQ 98.9 FM.

Numme most recently served as PD of KITS-FM (Live 105) San Francisco where he was also VP of Programming for CBS Radio's Rock and Alternative formats. Numme grew up in the Northwest where he began his radio career in college. He was the first Program Director for KUFO-FM (Rock 101)/Portland, OR, from 1991 through 2006.

His broadcast career also included stints at KGON/Portland, KRQR/San Francisco and KSJO/San Jose.

Hubbard Radio VP/Market Manager Seattle Marc Kaye said, "We are so excited that Dave is returning to the Pacific Northwest and joining us at Hubbard Radio Seattle. He understands the market, the opportunity, and will identify great talent that can make a huge difference in building the Rock 98-9 brand."
