Philly Radio: Country WXTU Adds Charlie Maxx For Evenings

Beasley Media Group has announced Charlie Maxx has been named as the new nighttime personality from 7p.m.-12midnight on Country WXTU 92.5 FM in Philadelphia.

Maxx most recently served on the prep+ affiliate relations team at ReelWorld and worked weekends on the air at WXTU. In addition, Charlie spent many years on the Philly airwaves at Mix 95.7, 96.5 The Point, Alice 104.5 and B101.

She began her career at the Jersey shore working at WAYV-FM and WJRZ-FM. In addition, Maxx served as the Adult Contemporary Editor at Friday Morning Quarterback (FMQB). Her career has also included stops in Philadelphia, PA Washington, DC, Baltimore and Beasley’ Media Group’s WJBR-FM in Wilmington, DE.

“Charlie really impressed me from the moment I met her last year,” said Beasley Media Group National Country Brand Manager, David Corey. “I am so happy that the on air line-up is now complete on XTU. What a great way to round it out!”
