Memphis Radio: Lou Bennett To Program R&B WRBO

Cumulus Media announces that it has appointed Lou Bennett as Program Director for Memphis’ Best Mix of R&B WRBO 103.5 FM.

Bennett is a 20-year Urban radio programming specialist and 30-year radio broadcasting veteran who joins Cumulus-Memphis from Elite Radio Group in Natchitoches, LA, where he was Director of Operations/Program Director/Brand Manager.

Prior to that, Bennett was Program Director for Cumulus-Wilmington, NC, stations WMNX Coast 97.3 and WKXS KISS 94.5.

Morgan Bohannon, Vice President/Market Manager, Cumulus-Memphis, said: “Lou has the experience to be uniquely qualified as the next leader of the number one Urban A/C in Memphis. We could not be happier to have him joining the Cumulus Memphis team. He’ll be a great addition.”
