N-C Radio: Robert Elfman Named PD At WGNI, WKXS

Cumulus Media has announced that it has appointed 20-year radio programming veteran Robert Elfman as Program Director of Wilmington, NC, Adult Contemporary radio station WGNI 102.7 GNI and Classic Rock station WKXS 94.5 THE HAWK.

Elfman has spent the past 11 years with Eagle Communications and most recently served their three stations in Manhattan, KS, as Operations Manager, Program Director/AM Drive for CHR KJCK-FM, and Program Director for N/T KJCK-AM. He also served as an on-air talent for Classic Rock KVGB-FM.
