Stations in the cluster are Country WKKT 96.9 FM The Cat, Alternative WEND 106.5 FM The End, Top40 WHQC Channel 96.1 FM, Adult Hits WLKO 102.9 FM The Lake, Classic Rock WRFX 99.7 FM The Fox and Sports WRFX 98.7 FM Fox Sports.
Phillips will be in charge of the digital programming efforts in the Charlotte market. She previously worked as Digital Marketing Manager for CBS Radio in Washington.
