DirecTV is offering total refunds to Sunday Ticket customers who want to cancel their package due to the national anthem protests around the league, according to ESPN.
The Sunday Ticket package, which allows subscribers to watch out-of-market games, costs $280 for the entire NFL season.
The NYDailyNews reports AT&T, the parent company of DirecTV, usually does not let customers cancel their plans mid-season but made the decision to give refunds out “due to the sensitivity of the issue.”
The company told ESPN they will not share information on how many customers cancel their Sunday Ticket plan.
Nearly 200 NFL players did not stand for the national anthem in Week 3.
