Nielsen Audio yesterday parted company with Arbitron’s two
highest ranking executives. CEO Sean
Creamer and CFO Debra Delman have left the building.
Both can be consoled by their golden parachutes which could
be worth $6.8M for Creamer. The
termination deal consists of $3M in cash + $3.7M in equity and $89K in
perks. The 48-year-old Creamer also has $6.6M in stock
options. Pretty good deal for a guy who has been in his position only since last December. (See Original Posting, Click Here.)
Delman’s separation deal is reported to be worth $1.95M.
There are reports that others have also departed the
building in Columbia , MD.
