SiriusXM Reshuffles Channel Line-Up

SiriusXM overhauled its channel lineup Tuesday, dropping Howard Stern’s second channel after about 20 years and adding a slate of local sports-radio simulcasts from Audacy and Good Karma Brands.

Howard 101 is gone. Howard 100 remains on channel 100. Andy Cohen’s Radio Andy moves from channel 102 to 101, taking the slot long used for Stern archives and secondary programming. 

The change coincides with Stern’s reduced live schedule—one weekly show rather than the former twice-a-week cadence—and follows 2026 staff cuts tied to the Stern channels.

Comedy channels were shifted to free channels 94–99 for terrestrial sports brands. New or relocated sports destinations include WFAN New York and other major-market outlets such as KSPN Los Angeles, WSCR Chicago, WEEI Boston, WIP Philadelphia and KRLD Dallas. SiriusXM FC, VSiN and IndyCar programming also moved to new numbers. Sebastian Maniscalco’s Comedy Radio takes Cohen’s former 102 home; other comedy services, including Kevin Hart’s Laugh Out Loud Radio and Netflix Is a Joke Radio, were reassigned as well.

Many of the newly added sports stations appear on SiriusXM without AM or FM frequencies in their logos. Trade coverage noted similar frequency-free branding at other multiplatform outlets, reflecting how stations now sell themselves across satellite, apps and broadcast rather than a single dial position.

SiriusXM framed the shuffle as a way to put sports, talk, comedy and music in clearer neighborhoods for car radios and the app. For Stern listeners, archive material is expected to consolidate on Howard 100, including an expanded Wrap-Up Wednesday hosted by Gary Dell’Abate and Jon Hein beginning mid-month. Cohen’s channel keeps its pop-culture focus on the more prominent 101 position.

The realignment is the satellite service’s most visible programming reset of the year: one fewer Stern channel, a bigger sports footprint drawn from terrestrial radio, and comedy and talk services moved to make the map fit.
