A&O&B PreCRS 2022 Panel Features TikTok Marketing Pros

• RoadMap 2022 reveals over 50% of Country P1 Listeners tune in to their station’s Morning Show 5 days/week  

The final lineup has been unveiled for Albright & O’Malley & Brenner’s 28th annual Pre-CRS seminar is set for Wednesday, February 23, 2022, at Nashville’s Omni Hotel from 8:30-11:30 am in Cumberland Rooms 5-6. 

At 10:45, The A&O&B team will also present the first highlights from their 16th annual online perceptual study, “Roadmap 2022.”  Data analysis from thousands of Country Music P1's from across the U.S and Canada will focus on the state of country music and country radio; along with social media & technology.  This year, we learned that country respondents favor their local country morning show, with over half tuning in 5 days/week and 2/3rds listening at least 4 or 5 days a week. VP/Consulting Partner Mike O’Malley says, “While those numbers still show strength and loyalty to country radio, we are seeing some consumption shifts that will be addressed in this session.”

Walker Hayes and Priscilla Block had breakout years in 2021 and TikTok was a big part of those marketing plans.  SmackSong Artist Manager and head of SmackTok’s Marissa Turk (Hayes, Kylie Morgan) and underscore.works’ CEO and Artist Manager Charly Salvatore (Block, Warren Zeiders) join A&O&B Partner Kenny Jay to talk about strategy and best practices on the platform to help attendees develop their plan for success.
