Orlando Radio: Florida Man Radio Expanding To Gainesville

JVC Media of Florida announces the first radio affiliate of Orlando’s Florida Man Radio 660AM/105.5 FM.

Building on the rapid success and overwhelming positive response from listeners and clients for Florida Man Radio 660AM/105.5FM, Florida Man Radio will begin broadcasting on WYGC 104.9 FM serving the Gainesville and North Central Florida area on Monday November 11th, 2019.

This is the first of many stations in the state of Florida that JVC will be targeting for affiliation.

Florida Man Radio debuted in September anchored by long-time Orlando talk legend Shannon Burke, the nationally syndicated Bubba the Love Sponge Clem, radio veteran Scott Ledger, American journalist, author, and former television host Bill O’Reilly, and Attorney Justin Clark.

In addition to the expanded footprint for Florida Man Radio, JVC’s Executive Vice President Shane Reeve announced that American Talk Radio Classic “The Ed Tyll Show” will be joining the on-air line up of Florida Man Radio effective immediately.  The Ed Tyll Show will air weekdays from Noon-2pm.

“With Bubba the Love Sponge Clem hosting morning drive, Scott Ledger’s Dangerous Conversation in midday, the addition of The Ed Tyll Show,  Shannon Burke in afternoon drive, and Attorney Justin Clark’s You Have Power Radio from 6pm-7pm, Florida Man Radio is must-listen radio every day” says JVC’s Executive Vice President Shane Reeve.  “The great talent and notoriety of our hosts will wake up talk radio in both Central Florida and now North Central Florida.  Florida Man Radio proves that there can still be creativity and real topics discussed on radio that affect each and every one of us.”

“This is exactly what radio needs right now, fresh, new, funny and local this is ‘Florida Man Radio”, said JVC’s CEO John Caracciolo.  “The vision of a locally based talk station that isn’t afraid to confront the big topics while not taking it too seriously, screams the mantra of JVC.  We aren’t afraid to buck the norms – keeping live and local radio working for our clients and listeners, providing great results for clients, and continuing to invest in great programming.  I’m thrilled for the future of our stations across the country and thrilled to be growing Florida Man Radio all over the state.
