Detroit Radio: WDFN Adds PM Drive Sports Show

Nearly two months after Detroit Sports 105.1 FM completely dropped sports format, iHeartMedia's WDFN 1130 AM has added a three-hour sports talk show to its 3 to 6 p.m. weekly time slot.

The show, "Gregg, Big Drew and Jim," has been added effective yesterday. The show will remain on Grand Rapids-based ESPN 96.1-FM in its usual time slot.

With the jump into Detroit, the show formerly known as "It Is What It Is" with Drew McCarthy and Jim Costa has added former Detroit radio personality Gregg Henson.

Henson is the former WDFN program director and director of programming/sports content at Pittsburgh-based stations WPGB 970 AM ESPN.
