The changes started on Monday, March 9, when Classic Rock formatted KQAV 93.5 FM and Active Rock KKZQ 100.1 FM began simulcasting a broad based Rock format that combined the best music of both stations.
This simulcast continued for the week with announcements that The Quake was moving up radio’s “Richter Scale” dial to 100.1 FM. On Saturday, March 14, KQAV dropped the simulcast and ran a continuous announcement that the station had moved to 100.1 FM.

I do not like the "new" Quake radio. It sucks!! Now we have no place in the A.V. to listen to the classic rock that 93.5 the Quake had. Not fair!!
