Sean Hannity Claims Tucker Carlson is 'Israel Obsessed'

Fox News host Sean Hannity sharply criticized former colleague Tucker Carlson, saying the current version of Carlson—whom he described as "Israel-obsessed"—is "not the person" he knew at Fox News, and that he completely disagrees with much of what Carlson now says.

In an interview on The Katie Miller Podcast (hosted by Katie Miller, wife of White House adviser Stephen Miller), Hannity revealed he has no relationship with Carlson anymore."I don’t ever talk to him, ever," Hannity said.

"I wish him well. I’ve read a lot of what he says. I just completely disagree with it. And it’s not the person that I knew when he was at Fox."

Hannity also addressed infighting among conservative media figures, agreeing it's become excessive. He said he deliberately stays out of such disputes to focus on the "big fight" against the radical left, adding, "if they all want to kill each other, have at it."

Carlson, who was fired from Fox News in 2023 after hosting the network's top-rated prime-time show (peaking at an average of 5.36 million viewers in October 2020), has since built an independent platform with over 5 million YouTube subscribers and 17.2 million followers on X. He remains influential in some circles, including apparent ongoing access to President Trump, though Trump recently dismissed Carlson's criticisms of U.S.-Israeli strikes on Iran as having "no impact" on him.

Hannity, by contrast, continues to anchor a dominant Fox News program, averaging 2.87 million viewers last month—far outpacing competitors at CNN, MSNBC's Jen Psaki slot, and Rachel Maddow's Monday broadcasts.
