Portland OR Radio: Jimmy Steal Gets Co-Content Role At KUPL-FM

Collective Heads Founding Partner Tim Richards has announced Jimmy Steal is now taking on KUPL THE BULL Portland Co-Content Director responsibilities. 

Jimmy joins current BULL Content Director/Collective Heads Consultant Tim Richards in sharing this role, both working directly with BULL APD Dylan Salisbury.    

Collective Heads Founding Partner Tim Richards said “I asked Jimmy as we were launching Collective Heads if he’d be interested in Co-Programming The Bull as part of our new endeavor. I was beyond excited that he was into it, and we’re now off and running in Portland.”   

Jimmy is a highly respected programming executive with over two decades of experience in Los Angeles at Power 106 (which he still consults) and as EVP of Programming for Emmis Communications overseeing 33 stations in 8 markets.

Most recently, Jimmy spent six years leading 2 Hubbard Chicago teams as a Vice President of Brand and Content.  In 2025 Jimmy decided to step down in Chicago to move back to Texas and focus on a new Collective Heads consulting partnership.
