The radio show host battled an illness for months. He took a leave of absence from the show back in November.
His co-host, Corbin, wrote this message on their Facebook.
"I make my living making words and now words escape me. It is with overwhelming sadness that I write this. As many know, Biggie took a Leave of Absence in November due to illness. Last night, despite weeks of treatment and a wonderful team of doctors & caregivers, Shay “Biggie” Adams has passed away. I have lost my brother. I have lost my best friend. We have all lost a treasure."
