The girlfriend and children of WHPT 102.5 FM producer Rob Garguilo are in critical condition after being street by a car in Large FL.  In October, Garguilo relocated form Cleveland, where he produced Rover's Morning Glory Show at WMMS.

According to police 32-year-old Sarah Arlia, 5-year-old Benjamin Garguilo and 6-week old Serene Arlia were struck early Monday evening.   They were not in a crosswalk.

Largo Police say the driver will not be charged or cited.

The driver said she had just finished grocery shopping and was on her way home when she told police the family just appeared in front of her. Police say she was driving the speed limit.

Authorities say Sarah is in critical condition, Benjamin is in serious but stable condition, and Serena has life-threatening injuries.
