Cumulus Media has announced today a new midday on-air lineup on powerhouse Dallas-Fort Worth Sports/Talk station, Sportsradio 96.7FM/1310 AM The Ticket/KTCK-FM.
Former Ticket host Matt McClearin re-joins the station after two years on-air at Cumulus sister station Jox 94.5/WJOX-FM in Birmingham, AL. McClearin will partner with popular Ticket personality Donovan Lewis, who formerly hosted the 10:00am-Noon show on the station with veteran DFW sportscaster Norm Hitzges, now retired. McClearin and Lewis team up for a newly expanded show from 10:00am – 1:00pm, Monday-Friday, following the Marconi Award-winning morning show, “The Musers.”.
Weekdays from 1:00pm-3:00 pm, Ticket favorites Sean Bass and David Mino join forces for a brand-new show on The Ticket. Bass has been with The Ticket for 22 years, most recently as producer of “The Norm and D Invasion.” Mino has been with The Ticket for 11 years, most recently as producer of “The Hardline” weekdays from 3:00pm-7:00pm.
Absolutely stoked to be doing a show with @CincoDeMino, @JustinMonty, @TyWalker716, and @MattBermingham. It's been a weird and stressful time these past 6 weeks or so. But know we will do everything in our power to give you the best possible show. Thanks for all the love, P1s. pic.twitter.com/c9OpLYkn9z

Jeff Catlin, Program Director, The Ticket, said: “I couldn’t be more excited for the midday makeover on the Ticket. Matt, Sean, and Mino have all earned this opportunity. All three guys are well-known and well-liked by our passionate listeners and their Ticket teammates. They will fit in well and make this a seamless transition. They will carry on the tradition of bringing hot sports opinions and fun and laughs to 10am-1 pm and 1-3 pm on The Ticket.”
