Noalmark Broadcasting Corporation has announced the appointment of a new Operations Manager for their South Arkansas Operations in El Dorado.

Cook comes to Noalmark from iHeart Media in Cedar Rapids, Iowa where he was Senior VP of programming for the past 18 years and oversaw the programming of 84 stations in 18 markets during part of his tenure. Additionally, he has worked for a number of different broadcasting organizations in various parts of the country over his 30+ year career in the broadcasting industry.
