As Program Director for Q106.5 and 101.3 KISS FM, Manuel will be responsible for directing and monitoring the stations’ programming and activities, planning and overseeing all on-air programming and production, coordinating with the programming and sales teams to plan and execute marketing as well as coaching and growing on-air talent.
In addition, Manuel will be responsible for developing content for all seven stations’ websites in the market and will continue to serve as an on-air personality for Q106.5. He will report to Jim O’Hara, Senior Vice President of Programming for iHeartMedia Quad Cities.

Manuel most recently as an assistant program director for Q106.5 as well as the web master for the entire Quad Cities market. He began his career at KUSR-FM at Iowa State University and is a graduate of Western Illinois University in Macomb, Illinois.
