Sac Radio: iHM Launches 'Classic Hits Redefined' On KQJK

iHeartMedia Sacramento announced today the debut of KQJK 93.7 FM The River, the River City’s New Classic Rock. The station launched at 12:01 a.m. on April 3, 2017.

93.7 The River will broadcast music from an array of classic rock icons, including Aerosmith, Guns N’ Roses, Queen, Journey, Red Hot Chili Peppers, Nirvana and Northern California’s own Green Day. The station will also feature longtime Sacramento personalities The Dog & Joe Show, Monica Lowe and Derek Moore as well as nationally syndicated personality and former Motley Crue member Nikki Sixx.

The station previously aired Jack variety hits.
