Beasley Media Group’s
WWCN 99.3 ESPN FM has announced that Craig Shemon has been hired as the new afternoon show co-host.
Craig has worked in major markets including Los Angeles where he was the national Morning Drive Talk Show Host, and Houston where he worked with KGOW and Yahoo! Sports Radio. Craig started in Bloomington Indiana where he was a Sportscaster and Disc Jockey for WTTS and WGTC. He then moved to WGCL in Bloomington where he received the Associated Press Award for Best Play-by-Play Announcer in Indiana.
Craig has done play-by-play for the NFL on Fox, Triple A baseball teams, and basketball on the Big Ten Network. Craig has also been a studio host for the Citadel coach’s show, NBA TV, and the MLB Strikezone Channel on DirecTv.
