KIRO 710 AM ESPN Seattle begins a new era next Tuesday, Sept. 7, with a brand new weekday lineup.
Here’s what the new programming schedule looks like:
- The Mike Salk Show: 6-10 a.m.
- Jake & Stacy: 10-2 p.m.
- Wyman & Bob: 2-7 p.m.
Here are additional details on the changes to the 710 ESPN Seattle lineup:
Mike Salk is back on the daily airwaves with his own show, which starts every morning at 6 a.m. “The Mike Salk Show” will regularly feature influential and notable voices, past and current, within the Seattle sports landscape such as Mariners general manager Jerry Dipoto, Seahawks head coach Pete Carroll, former NFL quarterbacks Brock Huard and Matt Hasselbeck, Mariners insider Shannon Drayer, former NFL wide receiver Michael Bumpus, and many more.
Salk posted the following statement on Twitter:
For this new show, Salk will be joined by Executive Producer and On-air Contributor, Justin Barnes, who joins 710 ESPN Seattle after many years in the Seattle radio market and Producer, Maura Dooley.
“I am thrilled to have Mike Salk on the air in morning drive,” said Cathy Cangiano, SVP/Market Manager for Bonneville Seattle. “Mike’s knowledge, experience and local relationships will no doubt provide the Pacific Northwest sports community an entertaining and insightful show every morning.”

With daily appearances from Brock Huard and John Clayton and weekly interviews with Pete Carroll, Matt Hasselbeck and Jerry Dipoto, this show will be a can’t-miss destination for sports fans in the region.”
Along with his daily show, Salk will continue hosting the Brock & Salk Podcast with Huard. The “Brock & Salk Show” aired in various dayparts on 710 ESPN Seattle from 2009-2019 and continues exclusively as a weekly podcast.
Extra hour added to Jake & Stacy
The tandem of former Seahawks quarterback Jake Heaps and Stacy Rost will continue on every day in the late morning and early afternoon, and the duo will be on air for an extra hour with their show beginning at 10 a.m. rather than 11.
