Flo Update: 18 FMs, 1 AM, 2 TVs Remain Off Air

Even as flooding continues, the situation for broadcasts service in the Carolina is slowly improving.  The Sunday tally from the FCC indicates 18 FMs, 1 AM and 2 TV stations remain off-the air from the effects of Hurricane Florence.
