Chicago Radio: Kenny Jay To Program Country WUSN

Entercom has announced that Kenny Jay has been named Program Director of WUSN US*99 FM.

Jay will oversee programming for the country station and will report directly to Todd Cavanah, Vice President of Programming, Entercom Chicago. Cavanah will continue as Program Director of WBBM B96 FM and the newly launched WBMX Jams 104.3 FM.

“Kenny has extensive knowledge of the country music market and I’m confident that with him on board, US*99 will continue as the number one choice for Chicago country music fans,” said Jimmy de Castro, Senior Vice President and Market Manager, Entercom Chicago.

Prior to joining US*99, Jay was the Program Director for KMPS-FM in Seattle. In 2012, Jay joined KMNB-FM in Minneapolis as Assistant Program Director and was later elevated to Program Director in 2014.
