iHeartMedia has named Dennis O'Heron Senior Vice President, Live Entertainment & Events - part of the company's National Programming Group.
Previously O'Heron was the National Event Brand Manager for National Programming in addition to being the VP of Marketing for the iHeartMedia Boston market. He has been an instrumental contributor to many of iHeartMedia's marquee events for several years, including working very closely with us on the very first iHeartRadio Music Festival in 2011.
O'Heron brings many years of experience and has a proven track record in the Boston market, including being part of the team that created the initial idea of a multiband radio show at WXKS 107.9 FM KISS 108, which eventually led to the inception of the Jingle Ball concerts and many others. He is already a well-respected leader and his extensive programming, event planning, digital and marketing experience make him the perfect person for this critical role.
He'll report to Tom Poleman, President of National Programming Group for iHeartMedia.
