Add Ted Nugent to the list of musicians who are distancing
themselves from Motown great Stevie Wonder’s boycott of
Florida.
The Motor City Madman tore into Wonder’s boycott of Florida over that
state’s controversial “Stand Your Ground” laws during an interview with Peter Cyzmbor on WXBR 1460 AM.
Nugent accused Wonder of focusing on the shooting death of Florida teen Trayvon
Martin while ignoring black-on-black violence.
“So 700 black people, mostly young children and young people
were slaughtered in
Chicago
last year by black people, and not a peep out of Stevie Wonder. Are you kidding
me? “How brain-dead do you have to be?
