NewsNation Launches 'Katie Pavlick Tonight'

NewsNation has launched its revamped primetime schedule last night, debuting "Katie Pavlich Tonight" at 10 p.m. ET (9 p.m. CT), hosted by conservative commentator Katie Pavlich. The new weeknight show replaces Ashleigh Banfield's former slot and kicks off with an exclusive primetime interview with President Donald Trump Tuesday—exactly one year after his second-term inauguration—in the White House's Roosevelt Room. This marks Trump's second appearance on the network.

The program delivers sharp analysis of major political stories, current events, and issues including free speech, culture, immigration, national security, and foreign policy.

Pavlich, a former Fox News contributor and Townhall.com news editor, emphasizes a "facts first, opinion second" style with panel discussions, debates, and in-depth interviews, providing a conservative perspective while inviting diverse viewpoints to cut through bias.

The overhaul expands live coverage on the Nexstar-owned network, which positions itself as fast-growing and agenda-free. "Katie Pavlich Tonight" follows Chris Cuomo at 9 p.m. ET and leads into another new addition, "Jesse Weber Live" at 11 p.m. ET, featuring legal-focused news breakdowns and standout guests.

Tonight's premiere includesd an interview with YouTuber Nick Shirley. Viewers can watch via local cable listings or stream on NewsNationNow.com. The changes, announced late last year, have built significant buzz, particularly among conservative audiences eager for Pavlich's dedicated primetime platform.
