WGN Radio has announced the addition of Verdict with Ted Cruz to its weekend programming, effective Sunday, May 4, 2025. 

The one-hour syndicated show, hosted by U.S. Senator Ted Cruz (R-TX) and national radio personality Ben Ferguson, will air Sundays from 8:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. CT, offering listeners a deep dive into the week’s most pressing political stories.

Verdict with Ted Cruz features Senator Cruz, who chairs the Senate Commerce Committee and brings decades of experience as a constitutional lawyer and former presidential candidate, alongside Ferguson, a seasoned political commentator known for his sharp analysis. 

Together, they unpack major news events, providing an insider’s perspective on the political debates shaping the nation.
