Cumulus Media has announced that 104.1 KRBE, Houston’s #1 Hit Music Station, is rolling out the welcome mat in a big way for superstar Taylor Swift in anticipation of her sold-out concerts at Houston’s NRG Stadium on April 21st, 22nd, and 23rd. In honor of Taylor’s Houston performances, 104.1 KRBE’s “The Roula and Ryan Show” announced on-air this morning that the station will become “TAY-RBE” this Friday, April 21st at 6:00am.
As “The Eras Tour” hits town, Taylor’s name and music will take over the station all day Friday, when TAY-RBE goes wall-to-wall with all The Eras of Taylor.
In addition, the station kicked off “Taylor Tag” today, where listeners sign up at www.KRBE.com for a chance to win last-minute tickets to Taylor’s sold-out Houston concerts at NRG Stadium – the biggest event to come to Houston since the Super Bowl!
104.1 KRBE will also be on-site for each of Taylor’s three Houston shows, covering everything Taylor on location and @KRBE.
Leslie Whittle, VP, Hot AC, Cumulus Media, and Program Director, 104.1 KRBE, said: “Taylor is a music icon who transcends all genres, lifestyles, and ages. I’m proud that TAY-RBE is Houston’s Swiftie destination as we celebrate her generational talent. This week is going to be fun!”
