Westwood One Covers The 84th Masters

Cumulus Media’s Westwood One, the largest audio network in the U.S., will present the 2020 Masters Tournament with exclusive hole-by-hole coverage from Thursday, November 12, through Sunday, November 15, 2020. The 84th Masters Tournament will take place at Augusta National Golf Club and is being played in November for the first time.

In addition to play-by-play coverage, Westwood One will broadcast hourly updates and a nightly half-hour preview and recap show, “The Masters Tonight.” This year will mark the 65th consecutive year that Westwood One will provide Masters radio coverage, the longest continuous sports broadcast partnership in network radio history. Westwood One has broadcast a wealth of historic Masters Tournament victories from Augusta, including the memorable wins of Jack Nicklaus, Arnold Palmer, Phil Mickelson, Nick Faldo, and many more, including Tiger Woods’ historic 2019 triumph.

SiriusXM PGA Channel and PGAtour.com host Brian Katrek will be the lead anchor for the hole-by-hole coverage of the 2020 Masters, his first year in that role for the network, and 16th overall as part of Westwood One’s Masters broadcasts. Former Golf Channel host and professional golfer Charlie Rymer returns for his 12th consecutive year as the lead analyst. Also calling the action will be 1992 PGA Rookie of the Year Mark Carnevale, along with two-time U.S. Women’s Amateur Champion and Golf Channel reporter Kay Cockerill. Golf Channel’s Whit Watson will conduct interviews with the golfers as they finish their rounds, and Ted Emrich will provide leader board updates during the coverage.
