K-C Radio: Steve Spector Promoted To PD At KCSP

Entercom has announced Steven Spector as Program Director of Kansas City Sports Radio KCSP 610 AM, the home of the Kansas City Royals and Kansas State Wildcats. Spector was previously Assistant Program Director for the station and producer of “The Drive” with Carrington Harrison and Brad Fanning.

“I am very pleased to announce Steven Spector as the next Program Director of 610 Sports Radio,” said Dave Alpert, Regional President and Market Manager, Entercom Kansas City. “This is a well-deserved and well-earned promotion and I’m confident that Steven will continue to elevate 610 Sports Radio in the Kansas City market.”

“I’m thrilled to have the opportunity to continue my career in Kansas City,” said Spector. “It’s a privilege to lead a great station with an incredibly talented group of hosts.”

Spector joined Entercom Kansas City in 2013 as a producer for 610 Sports Radio’s “Fescoe in the Morning.” Spector started his radio career with ESPN 890 in Washington, D.C. in 2008.
