Border Media, LLC. Monday announced that it has entered into an agreement to acquire silent WRGR 102.1 FM in Tupper Lake, NY from Radio Lake Placid, Inc..

This opportunity was too good to pass up and we now look forward to working with the FCC for approval and are exciting to add another choice to the Tri-Lakes population”
Border Media expects the Acquisition to close in the third quarter of 2018, subject to closing conditions and regulatory approvals.
Border Media is a newly created radio company owned by husband and wife team, Ricki Lee and Hanna Kaleta. Ricki, who is also Co-founder and CEO of radio technology company Aiir, is a life long broadcaster and this will mark his first step into radio broadcast ownership. www.bordermedia.com.
