The multi-year deal continues to make Sidney LFM's longest tenured programmer with more than 25 years of service to the company. Sidney first joined WLYF as Music Director/morning host in 1990, becoming the station's Program Director in 1993. His career has also included on-air, programming and operations duites at stations in Baltimore, Washington, Chicago and New York.
"Rob Sidney has had the bead on South Florida's adult female listening audience for over a quarter of a century and the proof is keeping the station in the top three for most of that time," said Senior VP/General Manager Maureen Lesourd. "He has a keen ability to keep the LITE brand evolving, while supporting sales with unique opportunities and exciting ways to embed our best clients within the station."
