Pulaski TN Radio: Richland Broadcasting to Acquire WKSR-FM

Richland Broadcasting Company proudly announces the local ownership of WKSR Radio by Pulaski natives Kenny Beckman and Morgan Hoover Beckman. 

WKSR, a Giles County FM known for classic hits and community connection, will maintain its legacy of local news, music, and hometown pride while embracing fresh perspectives.

For Morgan, an award-winning journalist, this transition is deeply personal. Her grandfather, Corky Hoover, helped shape WKSR’s early legacy. “Carrying forward a station tied to my family’s story is an honor,” she said.

The Beckmans are dedicated to preserving WKSR’s history while enhancing its future with an expanded digital presence and new opportunities for local businesses. “This station is part of Giles County’s fabric,” said Kenny, a veteran radio personality and new morning show host. “We’re excited to honor its legacy and build new traditions.”
