Sinclair Communications is launching a new Conservative Talk radio station, Talkradio 96.5 FM/850 AM WTAR, in Norfolk-Virginia Beach. The station will start broadcasting on September 16 and is designed to complement Sinclair’s existing News/Talk station, 790 WNIS1.
