NYC Radio: WABC Radio’s Dominic Carter Now in Syndication

Red Apple Audio Networks has announced the syndication of WABC Radio’s Dominic Carter. Recognized as one of the best political reporters in broadcasting, Carter, who has been hosting the daily Midnight to 1am hour on WABC Radio in New York, recently picked up weekdays from 3pm to 4pm, as well.

More than twenty radio stations have signed on for at least one of the two shows, including stations in Atlanta, Philadelphia, Memphis, Nashville, Pittsburgh, Atlantic City, and more.

“Dominic’s two shows are the most recent top-quality programming options that we’re offering radio stations through the Red Apple Audio Networks,” stated John Catsimatidis, Owner of Red Apple Media and WABC Radio. “Dominic is an exceptional broadcast journalist, which gives a sharp perspective to his analysis and commentary. Dominic is one common sense individual.”

A respected broadcast journalist for 35 years, Carter has worked in television and radio and received numerous industry awards. He has traveled the globe on assignment, including to Israel, the Persian Gulf, Japan, and Somalia.

“I fell in love with journalism and being a reporter because it’s a great way to get at the truth,” said Carter. “Adding context from my years of experience as a reporter helps my audience understand the complex issues in our world.”

Carter’s past interviews range from Donald Trump, Bill and Hillary Clinton, Caroline Kennedy, former Manhattan DA Robert Morgenthau, and Nelson Mandela of South Africa.

Carter also released a book on his life, No Momma’s Boy, which tells the story of how he rose from the Housing Projects of the Bronx, NY to where he is today. Carter’s remarkable life story has even been told in Oprah Winfrey’s Magazine. He is immensely proud of having been a Pal Kid, a New York Police Athletic League program, which Carter credits with saving his life and putting him on the road to success.
