Pittsburgh Radio: PJ Kumanchik New Brand Manager At KDKA-AM


Audacy promotes PJ Kumanchik to Brand Manager of KDKA News Radio (KDKA-AM/100.1-FM) in Pittsburgh. Kumanchik will oversee the station’s content strategy, talent, operations, and branding in this role.

Kumanchik, who previously served as the station’s News Manager, succeeds Dave LaBrozzi, who recently announced his retirement.

Kumanchik is a Pittsburgh native with a 35-year tenure at Audacy, where he has worked in multiple capacities at both KDKA News Radio and 93.7 The Fan (KDKA-FM) as News Producer and Editor, Morning Show Producer, Sports Producer and Program Director. He has been Executive Producer of Pitt Panther Football broadcasts on 93.7 The Fan for nine years and started his career as a part-time Producer of “The Big K Morning Show” in 1989.
