“I’m excited to join the amazingly talented team at 95.5 WSB,” Charles added. “Thanks to Jaleigh Long, Rob Babin and Chris Eagan for giving me the chance to be a part of one of America’s top brands,” said Charles. “I can’t wait to get back to Atlanta and build on WSB’s 100-year commitment to local news and community service.”
Charles succeeds Drew Anderssen, who exited WSB in April to join NewsRadio KRLD 1080 AM in Dallas and the Texas State Networks as Brand Manager.
Prior to joining KNX, Charles spent two decades with iHeartMedia, exiting the company in January 2015 as National Brand Manager of News, Talk, and Sports, based in Miami.
Charles succeeds Drew Anderssen, who was with CMG for 24 years before exiting the group in April to join “NewsRadio 1080” KRLD Dallas and the Texas State Networks, where he is serving as Brand Manager.
