Cumulus Media announces that its Fort Walton Beach-Destin, FL, Rock station WKSM 99ROCK raised $33,927 for St. Jude Children's Research Hospital in its St. Jude Rocks Radiothon.
99ROCK/WKSM devoted 26 hours of broadcast time on Thursday, December 9th, and Friday, December 10th, in which listeners could become "Partners In Hope" in support of the hospital and its mission. In addition, Step One Automotive Group generously donated $3,000 to St. Jude, and Waterstone Mortgage supported the Radiothon, as well.
99ROCK’s St. Jude Rocks Radiothon has raised nearly $120,000 for St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital since its inception in 2018. All funds raised by the St. Jude Rocks Radiothon will go directly to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital and will support St. Jude patients and families who never receive a bill from St. Jude for the cost of treatment, travel, housing or food.
