Cassiday Proctor
CUMULUS MEDIA announces that it has appointed on-air personality Cassiday Proctor to two new on-air posts within the company’s radio station group.

Proctor moves to Mornings on Buffalo, NY, Alternative Rock station, WEDG 103.3 The Edge. She also now hosts Middays on Adult Contemporary station WXKC Classy 100 in Erie, PA. Proctor was previously Midday host for KCHZ 95.7 The Vibe and Afternoon host, KCJK 105.1 the X, both in Kansas City, where she also served as Spotter for the NFL Chiefs.

Prior to that, she was Co-Host, Mornings, and Host, Afternoons, on WARH 106.5 The Archin St. Louis. She also hosted Mornings on WSTR Star 94 in Atlanta, and co-hosted mornings on WNKS Kiss 95.1 in Charlotte. Proctor started her radio career in 2008, as a member of the on-air team of The JB and Sandy Morning Show on KAMX Mix 94.7 Austin.

Jim Riley, Vice President/Market Manager, Cumulus Buffalo-Erie, said: “Cassiday’s track record of success in major market morning shows and her time on the nationally syndicated Bert Show made her a great candidate for this job. The fact that she married into a Buffalo family, and this is where she wants to live and raise a family made her the obvious choice. We’re very lucky.”

Cassiday Proctor commented: “I am thrilled that my journey with Cumulus brings me to Buffalo. To get back into morning drive was my dream, and to be able to do it in a city I love is the ultimate career win for me. Thanks to Donna Baker and the KC team for being so gracious in this process, and thank you to Jim Riley, Joe Siragusa, and John Dimick for believing in me and trusting me with this opportunity.
