Phoenix Radio: Alana, Nina Swap Shifts At KMLE

Entercom has announced programming changes for Country KMLE 107.9 FM in Phoenix.

Alana Lynn
On-air host Alana Lynn, who has hosted the station’s afternoon drive since 2017, will join Niko Petrou as co-host of “The Breakfast Buzz,” which airs weekdays from 5:30 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. MT.

The new role is in addition to Lynn’s current position as the station’s Music Director. Subsequently, on-air personality Nina D, who has hosted the station’s same morning show since 2013, will transition to host of the afternoon drive from 1:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. MT.

Nina D
“Alana and Nina D both bring incredible talent and commitment to KMLE,” said Dave Pugh, Senior Vice President and Market Manager, Entercom Phoenix. “We’re looking forward to them continuing to raise the bar for the station and connecting with audiences in their new time slots.”

“There’s something rare about getting up at 3:00 a.m. and playing a role in people’s lives as they get ready for the day,” said Lynn. “The opportunity to do mornings at KMLE is a dream come true.”

Prior to joining Entercom, Lynn held on-air roles for KUAD and KKPL in Fort Collins, CO, KAWO in Boise, ID, KUPL in Portland, OR and KBQI in Albuquerque, NM. Nina D previously held an on-air role at sister station LIVE 101.5 (KALV-FM) in Phoenix. Prior to joining Entercom, she hosted the night drive for KDHT in Austin, TX.
