On Sunday's "Reliable Sources," CNN's Brian Stelter had a message for Sean Hannity on 'Reliable Sources'.
Stelter called Donald Trump's repeated warnings about a "rigged" election dangerous. Third-world dictatorship stuff. A few days ago, President Obama rightly called it "ridiculous." But Obama is probably not the best messenger on this subject. Instead, leaders who are trusted by Trump's base -- like Radio's Sean Hannity -- should be reassuring people about the integrity of the voting system.
Conservative media heavyweights are helping Trump spread doubt and fear. According to Stelter, what they're doing is is downright unpatriotic.
Essay: Trump is sowing doubt about the legitimacy of the election. It's dangerous. Press has a duty to challenge him https://t.co/V6CCyZIfdF— Brian Stelter (@brianstelter) August 7, 2016
