Seattle Radio: Lars Larson Show Expands On KVI

Alpha Media Portland, OR has announced that northwest edition of The Lars Larson Show has been picked up by Sinclair Broadcast Group’s Seattle radio station, Talk Radio KVI 570 AM through Alpha Media’s Radio Northwest Network.

The show will air weekdays Monday-Friday 12p-3p Pacific beginning July 20, 2015.

Bringing four decades of experience as a radio and television journalist, Lars has won 75 broadcast awards including Peabody Awards and two Emmys. Talkers Magazine ranks Lars as America’s 19th largest talk show according to their annual Heavy Hundred List. Lars is a recurring guest on FOX News and his commentary appears weekly on Portland’s NBC affiliate, KGW.

With the addition of Seattle, Lars’ northwest show airs on 18 stations in the Pacific Northwest through the Radio Northwest Network; the region’s largest local talk radio audience. The national Lars Larson Show syndicated by Compass Media Networkslaunched on September 1, 2003 with 105 stations and grew nearly 50% in the first four months. The show continues to grow every month.

Talk Radio 570 KVI will also continue to carry Lars’ nationally syndicated show Monday-Friday, 6p-9p Pacific.
