Tim Dukes Joins Collective Heads as PartnerCollective Heads, a media consulting, fractional management and marketing firm, announced Tuesday that Tim Dukes, former president of Hope Media Group and a longtime Christian radio executive, has joined the company as a partner.

Dukes will work with stations and organizations seeking growth in audience, impact and revenue, drawing on more than three decades in radio programming, operations and faith-based media. His addition expands Collective Heads’ bench of programming, management and marketing expertise, particularly in Contemporary Christian radio.Dukes most recently served as president of Hope Media Group after becoming the company’s chief operating officer in 2022, following Way Media’s merger with Hope Media Group.

He had been Way Media’s COO and interim CEO beginning in 2021. He entered Christian radio in 2015 as general manager of WayFM when the Contemporary Christian station launched in Dallas-Fort Worth, later overseeing stations in Tennessee, Alabama, Kentucky and Indiana. From 2011 to 2015, he was chief operating officer of the Halftime Institute, a faith-based nonprofit in Dallas.Before that, Dukes spent 24 years in programming and on-air roles at major-market stations including The Loop in Chicago, 96rock in Atlanta, KGB and KIOZ in San Diego, WEBN in Cincinnati, The Power Pig in Tampa and Y107 in Nashville.
