Get Well: Frankie Valli Cancels Concerts

Frankie Valli

Iconic singer Frankie Valli, 92, has canceled all remaining 2026 concert dates with The Four Seasons to prioritize his health.

The legendary frontman behind hits like “Sherry,” “Big Girls Don’t Cry,” and “Can’t Take My Eyes Off You” made the announcement on Instagram on May 29, 2026, bringing an early end to the group’s The Last Encores farewell tour.

“I’m so sorry to disappoint the folks who have purchased tickets to my shows, but I have decided to take the rest of the year off from touring to focus on my health,” Valli wrote. “I’m looking forward to getting healthy and seeing you all again soon. Thank you for all your good wishes.”

The decision affects roughly eight to nine scheduled shows from June through November 2026 in cities including Scottsdale, Anaheim, Newark, and Detroit. Earlier April dates had already been postponed. Fans will receive automatic refunds.

Valli, who turned 92 in May, has continued performing into his nineties with remarkable endurance, but recent health concerns prompted the full cancellation rather than further rescheduling. A representative noted he wants to focus fully on recovery without prolonging uncertainty for ticket holders. He is expected to consider resuming in 2027.

As the unmistakable voice of The Four Seasons, Valli has sold tens of millions of records since the 1960s. The group was inducted into the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame in 1990, and their story inspired the hit Broadway musical and film Jersey Boys. Valli has maintained an active touring schedule for decades, earning him a reputation as one of music’s most dedicated live performers.
