'Fox & Friends' Sets Off On 'For All America RV Road Trip

FOX News Channel’s (FNC) FOX & Friends (weekdays, 6-9 AM/ET) has set off on an all-American road trip in celebration of America250.

Co-hosts Steve Doocy, Brian Kilmeade, Ainsley Earhardt and Lawrence Jones are traveling across the country in a branded RV to host the top-rated morning show from local restaurants and establishments in six different cities. The seven-week tour will conclude in Wildwood, New Jersey on June 12th, following which the fully outfitted RV will be given away to one lucky fan live during July 3rd’s edition of FOX & Friends.

The “For All America” road trip kicked off this past week at the Armadillo Palace in Houston, Texas and will visit five additional cities over the next six weeks, including:
  • The Big Biscuit in Lenexa, Kansas, on May 6
  • Fudpuckers in Destin, Florida, on May 15
  • Tortuga Jacks in Jekyll Island, Georgia, on May 28
  • Lulus in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, on June 5
  • Duffer’s Restaurant and Homemade Ice Cream Parlor in Wildwood, New Jersey, on June 12

In partnership with Camping World, one attendee from each of the six locations will be randomly selected for a chance to win the fully outfitted RV along with a trip to New York City for the live giveaway. Taking place on the set of FOX & Friends on July 3rd, the selectees from each stop will receive a key, of which only one will unlock the camper for its new owner. After the event, the custom RV will be delivered to the winner with the network covering the tax obligations associated.

The road trip is part of a year-long series of programming FOX & Friends has planned leading up to the celebration of the nation’s 250th birthday. Previously, the program aired live from Houston’s Fleet Week in Houston, Texas and just this week, Steve Doocy presented an historic look at the iconic Route 66 Highway. For the segment special, Doocy set out across the 2,400-mile journey, traveling from Tulsa, Oklahoma to Baxter Springs, Kansas, concluding his tour of Route 66 in Springfield, Missouri. At each location, he visited iconic restaurants and diners and spoke with everyone from city residents to current and former political leaders.
