Houston Radio: 104.1 KRBE Raises $194K+ During Radiothon


Cumulus Media announces that 104.1 KRBE, Houston’s #1 Hit Music station, held its second annual Houston’s Little Heroes Radiothon on Thursday, December 7th, and raised $194,000.10 for Texas Children’s Hospitals.

 
The station kicked off the full-day fundraising event with The Roula & Ryan Show broadcasting live beginning at 6:00am at Houston’s Texas Children’s Hospital, a not-for-profit health care organization. Throughout the day, KRBE on-air talent shared with listeners compelling stories showing how this organization has greatly impacted children’s lives. Listeners called and texted to donate, with all funds raised going to help local children and families served by Texas Children’s Hospitals. Last year’s inaugural radiothon raised $122,349.
