Christian broadcaster VCY of America, has agreed to acquire heritage AC WJBR 99.5 FM in Wilmington, DE from Beasley Media. The deal is reported to be worth $5-million.
With 50 Kw, WJBR Class B covers a sizable portion of the Philadelphia market, in addition to Delaware, and South Jersey.

VCY America is a Christian Radio and Television Broadcast organization based in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. VCY America seeks to advance the gospel through every legitimate means. The VCY America Radio Network features solid biblical teaching programs, live call-in programs on issues of concern to the Christian community, children's programs, and sacred music.
Last December VCY announced it was acquiring NYC rimshot WNBM 103.9 GM Bronxville NY.
WVCY-TV is a 24/7 television station in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Similar to the radio network, it features Biblical teaching, live call-in programs like "inFocus", news and commentary, children's and musical programming.
